Share, sign, and print rental documents

Review customer copy, send or share an agreement, preserve signed versions, and print a dispatch job sheet or download rental history.
Before you start.
- Have the saved rental or quote and access to the relevant document actions.
- Check the customer-facing recipient and document before sharing.
Steps.
Review customer copy and notes
Take me there →Open the rental’s agreement and use Review customer copy. For quotes, Customer notes are customer-facing and Internal notes are office-only. Rental Notes appear on the timeline; use the customer-copy preview to check what the document actually includes.
Issue the agreement deliberately
Use Send agreement or the offered share action when the copy is ready. A prepared share link or deliberate send freezes an issued version. Check delivery and signature state. Changed contract content can show Waiting signature; signing an older version does not sign a newer draft.
Export the right record
Use the agreement PDF download or issued history’s View / Download for that version. For dispatch, open Job menu and choose Print job sheet; the browser print dialog can save a PDF. Use Download history for rental history, and Documents for uploaded tickets and supporting files.
warning
Editing a rental does not send the revised agreement. Waiting signature does not by itself block dispatch, pickup, return, or billing. Share only the intended document; secure links contain access tokens.
Common problems and recovery.
The customer link is expired or replaced.
Prepare or send a fresh eligible agreement link. Do not assume an old link now shows the unsent draft.
A signature is missing from the current copy.
Check the exact issued version that was signed and whether newer contract content is waiting for signature. Preserve earlier signed versions.
