What changed, when.
Every update to EquipFlow — product and site — recorded here as it ships.
GTM expansion — switch playbooks, vertical pages, free tools.
Twelve new pages went live: per-competitor switch playbooks for Texada, Point-of-Rental, and a stack of spreadsheets; vertical landing pages for oilfield, contractors, industrial-maintenance, aerial lifts, and scaffolding; state-targeted pages for Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, and Louisiana; a research- stage /compare page covering EquipFlow against the seven incumbents side-by-side. Three free tools are now under /tools: a rental rate calculator, a fleet utilization calculator, and an ROI / payback calculator.
The demo form was rewritten to post into a server-side lead pipeline that handles bot protection, rate limiting, Close CRM lead creation, Resend email confirmations, Google / Meta / LinkedIn conversion-API attribution, and a 30-day Upstash backup log — replacing the v1 Formspree endpoint. Cal.com direct bookings flow through the same pipeline.
Brand launch and new marketing site.
The EquipFlow marketing site moved from a single-file v1 landing page to a full Next.js build with dedicated pages for Dispatch, Billing, Maintenance, Pricing, Origin, About, FAQ, and this Changelog. The brand token layer — Deep Yard Navy, Earned Rust, Warm Concrete — is now codified across every component. The demo form was wired to a Formspree endpoint at launch (since replaced by the server-side lead pipeline shipped 2026-04-26).
