Modules · Dispatch

One screen that runs your day.

Every unit, every job, every driver — visible to the counter, the yard, and the owner, without taking the controls away from the person who knows what’s going on.

The EquipFlow dispatch board — every run, every driver, live
The dispatch board — out, returning, flagged, and available counts live at the top of the screen.

The whiteboard works until it doesn’t.

Most yards run dispatch on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet someone built in 2014, or legacy software nobody trusts. All three hold up fine on a normal Tuesday. Then a driver calls in sick at 5:45 a.m., a light tower doesn’t come back when it should, and your dispatcher spends the first hour of the day on the phone instead of running the board.

The real problem isn’t the whiteboard. It’s that the information lives in one person’s head. When she’s there, the yard runs. When she’s not, the yard asks questions nobody else can answer. EquipFlow keeps what your team already knows and puts it on a screen the whole operation can read.

Drag a job, reassign a driver.

When the day changes — and it always changes — drag a job to a new driver or swap a unit without rebuilding the whole board. The update shows up for everyone the moment you make it.

Flag a unit down. Yard sees it instantly.

A skid steer comes back with a hydraulic issue. Flag it down — it drops off the available list, a work order opens in Maintenance, and nobody dispatches it again until the mechanic clears it. No phone call required.

Built for the whole yard, not just the dispatcher.

Flat pricing, unlimited seats — the counter, the yard crew, and the owner all see the same board at the same time. It was proven inside a 24/7 oilfield yard where the 2 a.m. dispatcher isn’t the one who set the board up.

Common questions about dispatch.

How does it prevent double-booking?

Every unit carries one of 12 operational statuses, updated in real time. When a unit is assigned, it’s marked Out and can’t be assigned again. Conflicts show up before they happen — not after a customer call.

Can the whole yard see the board at once?

Yes. EquipFlow is a flat fee per yard with unlimited seats. The counter, the yard crew, and the owner can all watch the same board at the same time — there’s no per-user pricing deciding who gets access.

Does dispatch work on a phone?

Yes. The board is a web app that runs in any modern browser — phone, tablet, or desktop, no install. An after-hours dispatcher can create a rental and assign a driver from a phone at 11 pm.

What happens when a driver calls out?

Drag their jobs to another driver. The reassignment is visible to everyone immediately, and the delivery windows move with the job — no rebuilding the day from scratch.

Start with the dispatch screen.

A 20-minute demo is enough to see how it fits your yard. No deck — we start with the board.

Or call +1 (702) 483-1644 — you’ll get a person, not a queue.
