Rental pricing can preserve daily, weekly, and four-week rates, included meter hours, minimum charges, and editable terms. Extensions, swaps, calloffs, and partial returns change the active record without erasing the history that preceded them.
EquipFlow does not describe a four-week construction rate as a true calendar-month billing engine. Bring your actual rate sheet to the fit review so the distinction is explicit.

Return condition, photos, notes, meter or fuel, and issues stay attached to the operating record. Findings can feed a draft charge, work order, or readiness blocker. Staff can record, apply, and refund customer deposits.
The product does not make automatic damage-liability decisions or take customer payments through a public portal. Those remain explicit staff actions.

“Is EquipFlow a tool rental POS system?”
No. EquipFlow is counter-to-yard rental operations software, not a retail point-of-sale or cash-register system. Every rental requires a customer record, and the product does not promise anonymous checkout, retail merchandise sales, barcode-led transactions, or a public shopping cart.
“Can it manage bulk tools, parts, and consumables?”
Not as a stocked-item ledger. EquipFlow's public fit is equipment tracked through category, product, and specific unit records. It does not provide bin, lot, replenishment, receiving, stocked-parts, consumables, kit-completeness, or attachment-compatibility workflows.
“Can customers pick equipment up at the counter?”
Yes. A rental can use customer pickup without creating a delivery leg. If delivery is needed instead, the rental can carry the job site or an explicit destination and a dispatch leg with a time window and affected equipment.
“How are damage and deposits handled?”
Return inspection can capture condition, notes, photos, meter or fuel, and issues that feed a draft charge, work order, or readiness blocker. Staff can record customer deposits, apply them, or refund them. Those steps are reviewable actions; EquipFlow does not claim automated damage liability decisions or customer online payment.
“How much does EquipFlow cost for a tool yard?”
The same published price applies: $749 per yard per month with unlimited seats and a $0 setup fee, or $7,200 per yard paid upfront annually—a $600 monthly equivalent and approximately 20% savings.
