Set up your company and default yard
Add the company identity and home-yard details that EquipFlow uses across operations and customer documents.
Before you start.
- Sign in with the Owner role.
- Know the company’s operating name and yard address.
Steps.
Add the company identity
Take me there →Open Company settings and enter the operating name and customer-facing contact details used on documents.
Save the record before moving to the yard so later setup checks read the current company information.
Company profile owns the identity and contact details used across EquipFlow.

Take me there →Open Locations, add the home yard, and enter its complete address. Select Default location for the yard that should be used automatically.
A location is the operational home base used by equipment and workflow records; it is not the same thing as a customer job site.

Return to Yard Ready and confirm that the company and default-yard tasks reflect the saved records.
Common problems and recovery.
The yard is saved but setup still looks incomplete.
Check for a missing address field or default designation, save again, and refresh Yard Ready.
Continue in EquipFlow.
