Run the yard. Not the software.
Rental operations software for single-location heavy-equipment yards — dispatch, billing, maintenance, and inspections on one screen. Built inside Rental King, a 24/7 Permian Basin oilfield yard.

“If the software breaks, my brother calls. That’s our accountability system.”

Your whiteboard works. Until it doesn’t.
Most single-location rental yards run on one of three things: a whiteboard, an Excel file someone built in 2014, or legacy software everyone hates but nobody has time to replace.
All three work — until a driver calls in sick, a unit doesn’t come back, or your dispatcher takes a day off. Then you find out how much of the business is in one person’s head.
EquipFlow keeps what your team already knows, and puts it on a screen the rest of the yard can see.
Dispatch that runs the day.
One screen. Every unit, every job, every driver.
Your dispatcher’s whiteboard lives in her head. Dispatch in EquipFlow lives on the screen behind her — visible to the counter, the yard, and the owner, without taking the controls away from the person who actually knows what’s going on out there.
Drag a job. Reassign a driver. Flag a unit as down. The day moves, and the screen moves with it.
Your billing rules. Your equipment. Your workflow.
Rental yards don’t look like each other. A skid steer on a 4-hour minimum isn’t a light tower on a weekly. An MSA customer isn’t a walk-in. A generator on standby isn’t a generator on the job.
EquipFlow lets your dispatcher change a billing rule, add an equipment class, or adjust a workflow without filing a support ticket. The software bends to your yard — not the other way around.
Billing rules that match your contracts.
Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, standby, MSA overrides — set them once, applied everywhere.
Equipment classes you define.
Group, tag, and price units the way your yard already thinks about them.
Workflows your team changes.
No consultant required. No change-request queue.

Everything your yard runs on.
EquipFlow is the operations layer for your rental yard — dispatch and billing first, plus inventory, rentals, inspections, maintenance, customers, QuickBooks Online, and the pieces that keep it all on one screen.
One screen that runs your day.
Every unit, every job, every driver. Drag to reassign.
Every unit. Every status.
Twelve operational statuses — not just available and out.
Quote to return. One record.
Extensions, swaps, calloffs — same rental, no retyping.
Invoices that match the job.
Hourly, daily, weekly, standby, MSA. No transcription.
Service off the clipboard.
PM tied to hours, cycles, or calendar. Readiness at 6 a.m.
Inspections the yard completes.
On a phone, in the yard, when the unit rolls back in.
Records that know who gets billed.
Multi-site customers. MSA overrides. Credit terms.
QuickBooks Online, without re-keying.
Invoices and payments post automatically. A/R in sync.
Work orders and inspections that don’t live on a clipboard.
Every unit that goes out needs to come back ready. Every unit that comes back needs eyes on it before it goes out again. Most software treats this as an afterthought. We didn’t.
Inspection checklists your mechanics actually fill out. Work orders tied to the unit, the job, and the customer. A yard readiness view your dispatcher can trust at 6 a.m. on Monday.

Built in the yard. Shipped as software.
EquipFlow started because my brother couldn’t find rental software that worked for his yard. He runs a 24/7 oilfield rental operation in the Permian Basin — the kind of business where a missed delivery at 2 a.m. isn’t an inconvenience, it’s a bill someone else is paying.
So we built what was missing. Dispatch first, because that’s where the day either works or it doesn’t. Then billing, maintenance, and inspections — each one shaped by what he actually does, not what a product manager thinks he should do.
Our first customer is our brother’s yard. If the software breaks, he calls. That’s not a marketing line. That’s our accountability system.
Three things you’re probably thinking.
“You’re new.”
We are. We’re small, deliberate, and we didn’t raise $20M to hire a sales team before we built the product. Our first customer is our brother’s yard. If we stop shipping, he calls us at 4 a.m. You’ll talk to the people who build it, on the first call.
“You don’t have a customer-facing storefront.”
Correct. We’re the operations layer underneath the storefront. Most of our customers run their existing site, phone, and counter — and need the yard to actually work. If a full storefront is your biggest problem today, we’re not the right call yet.
“Switching is too hard.”
Most rental software is designed to be switched into once and never leave. We onboard in days. We help import your catalog and customer history. No six-figure implementation. No year-long contract you can’t get out of.
Unlimited seats. One price.
Pricing is a conversation, not a table. We don’t charge by the user, because the whole yard needs to see the same screen. We don’t charge setup fees, because we onboard in days. Tell us what your operation looks like and we’ll tell you what it costs.
See the dispatch screen.
A 30-minute walkthrough. No deck. We’ll show you the screen your dispatcher would use on Monday, and you can decide if it fits.
